The infoengine directory is provided for information purposes to the public and is maintained by the individual organisations/groups. Anyone who relies on this information does so at their own risk.

Access and use of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions which take effect from the date of first use.


Provision of Information


This directory provides information which has been supplied by third parties, for example, community organisations themselves. *infoengine partners make no representations or warranties with regard to the accuracy of the information supplied in the directory. *infoengine partners cannot accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered by any user resulting from their use of the information contained on this website or any goods or services purchased by any user from any organisation shown or listed on this website.

Information held about an organisation does not imply an endorsement of that organisation or its services by *infoengine partners. A link to an external website does not imply an endorsement of that website, and *infoengine partners are not responsible or liable in any way for the contents or reliability of external websites.


Background Checks


infoengine partners have not conducted background checks or, for example, Disclosure Barring Service checks against the providers listed on the infoengine directory. Users are advised to undertake their own checks and verifications prior to engaging the services of any providers listed on Info Engine.


Viruses, Unavailability and Jurisdiction


We recommend that you run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the internet. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data on your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice.

All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the infoengine are governed and determined by the laws of Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales.


Organisations registering on infoengine


All organisations registering on infoengine are responsible for the accuracy of the information that they post.  If you register your organisation you must ensure that all of the data that you provide is correct and must update it as and when you become aware of any changes.  You can do this via your login.

You will be sent a six monthly auto refresh notice, so that you can check your service details and confirm that they are up to date and correct.  If you do not respond to these notices, we will use other contact information provided by you through the registration process to ascertain whether your organisation wishes to continue their registration on infoengine.  

If they do not wish to do so, we will delete all information provided during the registration process. Please note that you are able to delete your organisation from the system at any time, either via your login or by contacting [email protected].   For further information please see the info engine Privacy Notice
